Pricing on our website is subject to change at any time due to the volatile silver market. Price adjustments will not be made for previously purchased items.
Please allow 2-3 business days for sterling silver jewelry and 7- 10 business days for all handcrafted items, engraved jewelry and gift items. For all custom designed items, please allow 2 weeks. If there is a delay beyond this time frame, we will contact you via email.
Complimentary shipping on all orders of $225 or more within the U.S. via FedEx Express 2 Day service.
Expedited shipments placed prior to 12pm CST will ship the same day unless customized engraving is involved. If so, the order will ship the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Cost for expedited/overnight service is $38.
The Sterling Link proudly stands behind the quality of our sterling silver and handcrafted jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receipt in the original and unused condition for a full refund less the cost of shipping & handling. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. All requests for a refund require a return authorization number; please email customersfirst@thesterlinglink.com for a return authorization code. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on items that are returned without a return authorization. Any items that are displayed as FINAL SALE items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom designed jewelry and engraved orders are non-refundable. If an item is being exchanged, the customer is responsible for shipping cost to the Sterling Link as well as the return shipping cost. Please make sure that all returns are packaged in the proper material. We recommend using the original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with insulating foam. We will not issue a refund, exchange, or a merchandise credit for any items that are damaged in the mail, therefore we recommend insuring your package.

The Sterling Link stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all its handcrafted jewelry. We offer a 30 day warranty for all handcrafted jewelry. This covers any flaws, defects or damage not due to normal usage. If your jewelry is in need of repair within the warranty period, please contact The Sterling Link at customersfirst@thesterlinglink.com to obtain a repair authorization number. Please include your invoice number.
The Sterling Link only offers .925 sterling silver. However, all sterling silver can tarnish. We suggest that you put your jewelry on last, after perfumes, lotions, hair spray, etc., and other chemical substances that cause damage to your jewelry. You should always remove your jewelry when showering, gardening, house cleaning and swimming, exposure can accelerate the tarnishing process. Store your jewelry separately in a jewelry box, airtight bag or pouch. When using a special, formulated polishing cloth for sterling silver, gently polish the jewelry with the inner cloth and finish by buffing with the outer cloth. We do not recommend silver dips or paste, since the compounds may scratch the surface of your jewelry. Properly storing your jewelry when not wearing it can preserve the luster and shine.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for engraving jewelry and gift items. All custom engraved orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please inspect your engraved item once received; if it is incorrectly engraved (different from what you have specified in your order) you have five (5) business days to email customersfirst@thesterlinglink.com for a return authorization. Once received, a new item will be engraved based on the original order specifications and shipped back to you within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email if there is a delay in shipping the newly engraved item to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The Sterling Link is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process so you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
